Meet the PFA Team

Jamie Pound, Partner

Jamie Pound provides strategic planning and communications consulting for PFA clients. He also creates and produces television, radio, and internet advertising, long form videos, as well as being directly involved in media placement. His political experience comes from working on scores of candidate, ballot issue or legislative campaigns, from state delegate to United States Senate. He has written and produced award-winning media for both political and trade association clients.

Prior to founding PFA, Jamie served as a special assistant in a cabinet agency and as an aide to a United States Senator. He has written speeches for cabinet secretaries, Members of Congress and presidents of national trade associations and membership organizations.

Jamie has a Masters Degree in American History from the University of Rhode Island. Married with two children, Jamie and his family reside in Washington D.C.

Brett Feinstein, Partner

Brett Feinstein manages PFA’s direct mail and print advertising operations and has created almost every piece of direct mail produced by PFA. In addition, Brett handles a portion of the firm’s general strategic consulting, television advertising and radio advertising workload.

A highly regarded campaign trainer, Brett spent a year on the faculty of the Graduate School of Political Management at George Washington University lecturing on political strategy, message development and advertising copywriting. Brett has conducted training seminars for the Republican National Committee, the Republican Party of Florida, the Republican Party of Virginia, the Sorensen Institute for Political Leadership, the Leadership Institute and GOPAC. He has also guest lectured at numerous colleges and universities.

Prior to joining PFA, Brett worked on numerous campaigns, served on the staffs of the Republican Party in Connecticut and Virginia, and served in the administration of Virginia Governor George Allen.

Brett is a graduate of Connecticut College where he majored in theater, concentrating on theatrical direction. In addition to his political work, Brett is a Non-Resident Magician Member of the Academy of Magical Arts, and is a published expert on gambling and the gaming industry. He and his wife, Donna Carter, reside in Richmond, VA’s historic Church Hill neighborhood, just six blocks from where Patrick Henry stood and declared, “but as for me, give me liberty or give me death,” at St. John’s Church.
